Sakura City implemented comprehensive disaster drills on September 10th at Kami-Matsuyama Elementary School on the supposition that an earthquake of magnitude 7 has occurred directly under the area in the north of Utsunomiya City.SCIA participated in the evacuation drill with staff, 7 foreign residents and 5 activity Collaborators. The group joined AED training given by Japanese Red Cross. Then we all had a chance to observe disaster training by every city departments and major telephhone and electricity companies.
